TrendyStep offers free shipping for purchases with minimum order amount of 400 USD for all countries other than the ones listed above.
For orders with a total amount of less than $400, TrendyStep offers $40 shipping for the first item and $15 for each additional item, regardless of weight or dimensions, for all countries other than the ones listed above.
Return & Exchanges
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your shoes, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund. You can return your shoes for up to 15 days from the received date. Shoes must be in the same, unused condition as you received them and in the original box.
There is no fee if you are returning an item that was shipped incorrectly. For international orders there is a $30 restocking fee for returns. Return shipping is absolutely free (only for United States). We will provide you with a pre-paid DHL, UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us (only for United States). TrendyStep does not supply return labels for international orders.
Please do not send your shoes back to us without getting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You can obtain an RMA by sending an e-mail about your return request to
support@trendystep.com. After our inspection of the returned items, the refunds are processed within 15 days. Credits may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanges
You can exchange an item by sending it back to us within 15 days from the receiving date. Once you get your Exchange Authorization and after the original shoes are delivered back to us, we will then ship the exchanged shoes to you. You can obtain an Exchange Authorization by sending an e-mail about your exchange request to
support@trendystep.com. For international orders, there is a $30 restocking fee for exchanged items. An exchange can be requested only once per item.
