Placing An Order
The purchase process at TrendyStep is completely secure and is completed in 5 simple steps. Once you find the product that you want to buy, select your size and quantity, then select "Add to Cart".
Shopping Cart
Review the items in your shopping cart. Enter all coupons or discount codes if you have.
When you are ready, select "Proceed To Checkout" or "Checkout with PayPal".
Sign In
Enter your email address. If you've registered on the site, add your password to sign in.
New customers should indicate that they are a "New User" and continue. If you are planning to checkout via PayPal, you do not necessarily need to sign up to TrendyStep. Your PayPal membership is enough for completing your order.
Shipping Address
Please indicate the destination for your product.
Billing & Payment
Please indicate the method of payment and the billing address, select "Submit Order"
Order Review
Ensure all order information is correct.
Order Confirmation
Please print the order confirmation page for your records.
International Orders
TrendyStep accepts international orders.
Payment Methods
TrendyStep currently accepts credit cards as form of payment online.
Credit cards that TrendyStep currently accepts online: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logo.
After placing an order, credit cards are not charged until your purchase items ship out.
TrendyStep does not collect sales tax.
Cancel/Change An Order
TrendyStep gladly accepts requests to cancel or change orders from customers.
Orders are generally processed through our system within 24 to 48 hours. As long as your items are not shipped, you can cancel/change your order. To cancel or change an existing order, please let us know by sending an email to support@TrendyStep.com from the e-mail account used while placing order.
